2. Course Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in a course is confirmed upon full payment of the applicable tuition. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling, you agree to the specific payment terms associated with your selected course.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Prerequisites & Eligibility

Some courses require specific professional licenses or credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all prerequisites before enrolling. No refunds will be issued for students who fail to meet prerequisites.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements. Certificates attest to training completion only and do not constitute medical or professional licensure.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by The Aesthetic Equation are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Aesthetic Equation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.
